Christine "Chris" Sacco, was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Company on September 2016 and Chief Operating Officer in January 2025. Chris joined the Company from Boulder Brands, where she served as Chief Financial Officer for four years after serving as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. Prior to that, she held positions of increasing financial responsibility with Alpharma, Inc., a global specialty pharma company where she last held the position of Vice President, Treasurer. Her background also includes experience in corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, strategic planning, operations and M&A. She holds a B.S. in accounting from St. Thomas Aquinas College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
