Three New Directors & Realigned Board Committees

The Company is pleased to welcome three new executives to its Board of Directors; John E. Byom, Raymond P. Silcock and Frank P. Palantoni, President of Prestige. With these new members, the Prestige Board now totals ten individuals, six independent directors and four inside directors.

John E. Byom brings broad financial, strategic and operating experience to Prestige. His background includes key positions at The J.M. Smucker Company and International Multifoods Corporation, two consumer products companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Byom is a graduate of Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. He is a member of the Board of Directors of MGP Ingredients and chairs their Audit Committee.

Raymond P. Silcock has held key finance positions at Cott Corporation, Delimex Holdings, Inc. and Campbell Soup Company. He is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Bacardi Limited, where he chairs the Audit Committee.

Frank P. Palantoni, new President and Chief Operating Officer of Prestige, joins the Board after more than six months with the Company. He has more than twenty years of worldwide experience with Fortune 100 companies in a variety of consumer goods industries and financial services. Prior to joining Prestige, he served as Global President and CEO of Gerber Products Company, and served in key positions with Novartis Corporation and Groupe Danone. He holds an MBA from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree from Tufts University.

The Company also announced a realignment of its three board committees to best incorporate the skills of its new directors. The Audit Committee consists of L. Dick Buell, Chair; Ronald B. Gordon, John E. Byom and Raymond P. Silcock. The Compensation Committee is chaired by Patrick M. Lonergan, with members Gary E. Costley, John E. Byom and L. Dick Buell. The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee is chaired by Ronald B. Gordon, with members Gary E. Costley, Raymond P. Silcock and Patrick M. Lonergan.
