Ron Lombardi
Jean Boyko
Jean A. Boyko, Ph.D. joined the Company in August 2006 as Senior Vice President, Quality & Regulatory Affairs. She is responsible for managing Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Regulatory functions. Dr. Boyko is a seasoned executive with extensive experience with both prescription and over-the-counter drug products. Prior to joining Prestige Brands, Inc., she was Executive Director, Manufacturing Quality at Purdue Pharma, and Vice President, Quality Services for Block Drug Company and its prescription drug division, Reed and Carnrick. She received her BA, MS, and PhD from Rutgers University.
John Parkinson
John F. Parkinson joined Prestige in May 2005 as Senior Vice President, International. He is responsible for the development of Prestige Brands International’s business outside the USA and Canada. Mr. Parkinson has extensive International experience including over 20 years in various overseas postings for fmcg companies primarily involved in new Business Development. Most recently Mr. Parkinson was Business Director, Asia Pacific for Conagra Foods Inc., Retail Division. Mr. Parkinson obtained his B.A. in Economics from Leeds University, U.K.
Adel Mekhail
Adel Mekhail joined Prestige Consumer Healthcare Inc. in May 2019 as Executive Vice President of Marketing & Sales, bringing 30+ years of extensive industry experience to lead the Company’s sales, marketing and product development initiatives. Prior to Prestige, over his career Mr. Mekhail has held several key leadership roles at various companies including Pfizer, Energizer, and most recently Edgewell Personal Care. Adel holds a B.A. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Tanta University in Egypt and an MBA from RMIT University in Australia.
Ron Lombardi
Ron Lombardi was named President and CEO on June 1, 2015 after serving as Chief Financial Officer since 2010. He brings extensive financial management experience to the position, with expertise in acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity structuring, and building financial infrastructure. He served as CFO for Waterbury International Holdings, a private equity-owned firm. Prior to that, he was with the Cannondale Sports Group/Dorel Recreation and Leisure, a consumer sporting equipment and apparel company, in positions of increasing financial responsibility, beginning as CFO and then as Chief Operating Officer. Also included in his background are leadership positions in finance at Gerber Scientific and Emerson Electric, two large publicly traded companies. Ron holds a B.S from Springfield College, received an MBA at American International College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
William P'Pool
William (“Bill”) P’Pool was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Company in November 2016. He is responsible for managing global legal and government affairs for the Company. Bill is an accomplished legal advisor and business executive experienced at guiding international public consumer and life science companies. Most recently Bill served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Mead Johnson Nutrition where he helped establish a solid foundation for a new public company. Prior to that, he served in legal roles at Yum! Brands and GrafTech International, among others. Bill’s background also includes experience in M&A, compliance, government affairs, corporate security and EHS. He earned a BS in business from Murray State University and a JD from the University of Kentucky.
Christine Sacco
Christine “Chris” Sacco, was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Company on September 12, 2016. Chris joined the Company from Boulder Brands, where she served as Chief Financial Officer for four years after serving as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. Prior to that, she held positions of increasing financial responsibility with Alpharma, Inc., a global specialty pharma company where she last held the position of Vice President, Treasurer. Her background also includes experience in corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, strategic planning, operations and M&A. She holds a B.S. in accounting from St. Thomas Aquinas College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jon Andersen
Sheila Hopkins
Sheila A. Hopkins has served as a director since August 2015. Ms. Hopkins was the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Cutera, Inc., an energy based and aesthetic devices company, from April 2023 to August 2023. Previously she served as President, Global Vision Care and Executive Vice President of Bausch + Lomb, a healthcare company, from September 2011 until her retirement in August 2013. From September 1997 to August 2011, Ms. Hopkins worked at Colgate-Palmolive, a leading consumer products company, where she held several senior executive positions including Vice President and General Manager, Personal Care, Vice President, Global Business Development and Vice President and General Manager, Professional Oral Care. Prior to that, she held significant marketing and sales positions at Procter & Gamble, American Cyanamid and Tambrands. Ms. Hopkins serves on the board of Cutera, Inc. (energy based and aesthetic devices). Ms. Hopkins previously served on the board of Warnaco Inc. She has also served on the Board of the Consumer Healthcare Products Association. Ms. Hopkins earned a B.A. in History from Wellesley College.
